Hot Water Tank and Tankless Systems:
We have created base panels that combine with hot water tanks, 4-port tanks, and some tankless water heaters. These base models are in stock and ready to ship. As always, we can also work with you on a custom panel for your system.
Mechanical Panel JR-A
- Ideal for simple heat-only applications that utilize standard hot water tanks.
- Recommended for smaller spaces (i.e., less than 1,500 sq ft.)
What’s Included
- Grundfos ECM 3-speed Pump or equivalent: adjustable speed for flexibility in design
- Taco Switching Relay: Allows for pump control
- Expansion tank: Maintains proper system pressure
- Automatic air vent removes excess air from the system
- Fully assembled and mounted to Unistrut
- Controls pre-wired: Plugs into a 110-volt outlet

- Additional thermostat zone controller: Allows for multi-room/area heating control
Mechanical Panel JR-B
- Made for smaller closed-loop heating applications up to 2,000 sq ft.
- Provides both heating and domestic hot water.
- Designed for use with a variety of 4-port hot water tanks.

- Heat Exchanger: Isolates floor water from domestic water
- Armstrong or equivalent stainless steel 3-speed pump: Used for sanitary domestic water circulation
- Grundfos ECM 3-speed Pump or equivalent: adjustable speed for flexibility in design
- Taco Switching Relay: Allows for pump control
- Expansion tank: Maintains proper system pressure
- Automatic air vent removes excess air from the system
