Natural Gas / Propane Boilers
Gas boilers can use natural gas or propane as a heating source. These are energy-efficient, and some include add-on options to heat domestic hot water for your sinks and showers.

Combi Boiler

Electric Boiler
Electric boilers are used for heating-only applications. These units are smaller and fit great into small mechanical rooms. Because they require high electrical loads, they are recommended for new construction.

- Ideal for new construction, can be used in remodels under certain conditions
- 240v appliance
- Not recommended for domestic water use
