We provide an all inclusive 3 year warranty on all parts and a 25 year factory on the tubing.  Our warranty covers the original purchaser and we will replace any defective components at no additional cost to you.

It’s recommended that once your order is received you check your list of materials against the contents of the boxes to ensure that you received everything you paid for.  Contact you Janes Radiant representative immediately if anything is missing or damaged.
